CCAR Lineage
The Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) is an annual exercise carried out by the Federal Reserve. It assesses whether the largest Bank Holding Companies (BHCs) operating in the US have sufficient capital to continue operations throughout times of economic and financial stress and if they have robust, forward-looking capital planning processes that account for their unique risks. The CCAR regulatory reporting requirements mandate a BHC provide a huge volume of data through the FRB’s FR Y 14 M/Q/A and FR Y 9C reports.
Documenting & Visualising ccar reporting lineage
Solidatus is designed to clearly visualise lineage and metadata for CCAR, allowing organisations to satisfy the regulators requirement for attribute-level data lineage.
Demonstrateable DATA LINEAGE
Identify, validate and manage data through visualised data lineage. Track data from source to target, discover points of contact and maintain a historical backlog of the data journey.
METADATA Enrichment
Solidatus, through its unique metadata functionality, provides an organisation with the ability to enrich their regulatory data, allowing for increased understanding and help drive business intelligence. Turning an organisational cost into an organisational investment.
Sharing & Validating
Solidatus visually enables an organisation to quickly and easily share their CCAR data lineage in an interactive and dynamic format, allowing greater transparency to the Fed.
Data quality RESOLUTION
Solidatus allows organisations to visualise their entire data landscape within one model or drill down to a single data flow. This transparency allows an organisation to quickly identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure regulatory compliance.
